This policy explains how we process your personal data, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process

The data you give us when you contact us: name, business name and type, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. If you become a client, also the data needed for invoicing.

The forms on this site reach us by email through our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., acting as data processor. If you prefer, you can send us your message on WhatsApp instead.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Answering your request and preparing a quote: your consent and pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Providing the service you order: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
Publishing your review on this site, with your full name and business, only if you allow it: your consent (art. 6.1.a). You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Meeting accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles. We send no marketing without your consent.

4. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months. Client data: for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal periods (generally 6 years for business records and 4 years for tax records).

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers acting as processors (web hosting, e-mail and forms: Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus, with servers in the European Union; accountants). If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) processes your data under its own policy; this may involve transfers to the USA, covered by the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@farostudio.agency or to our registered office, with a copy of your ID. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

7. Security and minors

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site is not intended for children under 14.
